  • Unworn and unwashed items
  • Original tags still attached
  • Original packaging intact
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Not eligible

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Underwear and swimwear (hygiene)
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to return or exchange

Contact us

Email returns@multibusinessstyle.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day.

Get your return label

We'll email you a return authorisation number and drop-off or collection instructions.

Package your item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include your return authorisation number inside.

Drop off or schedule collection

For Johannesburg orders we can arrange a collection. For other provinces, drop off at your nearest courier point.

Refund or exchange processed

Once we receive and inspect the item (2–3 business days), your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayFast within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

If you paid by EFT or credit card, your bank may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect the credit.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Received a faulty or incorrect item?

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll cover all return costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.
